- (A) Japanese-style soup stock : 小さじ1/2
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the bacon into thin strips. -

Add bacon to frying pan and fry.
Add water and (A) and bring to a boil.
Add salted kelp.
Add the pasta and cook over medium-high heat according to the instructions.
When there are 2 minutes left in the boiling time, add the cabbage and bring to a simmer.
When there is 1 minute and 30 seconds left in the boiling time, increase the heat to high and simmer to evaporate the liquid.
Add butter and mix. -
