Cut the Chinese cabbage and chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken thighs and (A) in a bowl.
Add grated garlic and grated ginger to a bowl, mix and let stand for 5 minutes. -

Add the chicken thighs from step 1 and lightly sear both sides.
Add shimeji mushrooms and Chinese cabbage and stir-fry.
Add (B) and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add milk and simmer until it boils.
