Ingredients
- green pepper : 2 pieces

- ちりめんじゃこ : 適量
- 豆腐 : 1個
- ごま油 : 大さじ1
- めんつゆ : 適量
- 鰹節 : 適量

                        Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into 1cm wide strips. 
 Cut the bacon into 1cm wide pieces.
 Place tofu on a plate.

 Add green pepper, chirimenjako, and bacon and stir-fry.
 Stir in the mentsuyu and stir-fry until fragrant.
