Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into 1cm wide strips.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide pieces.
Place tofu on a plate. -

Add green pepper, chirimenjako, and bacon and stir-fry.
Stir in the mentsuyu and stir-fry until fragrant. -
