Ingredients
- Olive oil : 1 tablespoon

- (B)Consommé : 小さじ4
- (B) Oyster sauce : 小さじ2
- (B) Black pepper : 適量
- カレー粉 : 小さじ4

Prepare the ingredients

Finely chop the ginger.
Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add ginger, garlic, and olive oil.
Cut the onion into cubes.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, wash the core and roughly chop.
Add onions and cabbage to the frying pan.
Dice the eggplant and add to the frying pan.
Dice the carrots and add them to the frying pan.
Trim the ends of the shimeji mushrooms, cut them in half, and add them to the frying pan while loosening them with your hands.
Loosen the mushrooms with your hands and add them to the frying pan.
Add salt and stir. -

Prepare the chicken breasts

Cut the chicken breast in half, then cut into strips and cut in half again.
Put chicken breast and (A) in a vat and mix well. -

Add seasonings and simmer

Add (B) to a frying pan, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the chicken breasts one at a time, add the curry powder and bring to a simmer.
Finish by sprinkling with parsley (not listed).
Point
・Shimeji mushrooms and maitake mushrooms are used in the video, but you can use your favorite mushrooms instead.
・In step 1, cut the ingredients and add them to the frying pan each time.
・In the video, I use chicken breast without the skin, but you can use the skin if you like.
・Before the ginger and garlic are browned, add the onions and cabbage.
・Cut the chicken breast while watching the frying pan.
- Rub the seasoning into the chicken breast to prevent it from becoming tough.
・For quantity (B) water, it is recommended to mix half hot water and half water.
-After simmering, be sure to check the taste and adjust the seasoning.
・You can add spicy seasonings if you like.
