  • ピーマン : 5個(カット後168g)
  • 釜揚げしらす : 50g
  • 白ゴマ : 適量
  • かつお節 : 適量
  • 糸唐辛子 : 適量
  • 和風顆粒だし : 小さじ1/2
  • 塩 : 少々
  • 醤油 : 3滴
  • ごま油 : 小さじ1
  • 黒ゴマ : 適量

    Cut the peppers into thin pieces.
