- 白ゴマ : 適量
- かつお節 : 適量
- 糸唐辛子 : 適量
- 和風顆粒だし : 小さじ1/2
- 塩 : 少々
- 醤油 : 3滴
- ごま油 : 小さじ1
- 黒ゴマ : 適量

Cut the peppers into thin pieces. -
