- (A)Water : 200cc
- (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ2
- (A)Cooking sake : 小さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 小さじ1

- (A) Ginger tube : 小さじ1
- (B)片栗粉 : 大さじ2
- (B)水 : 適量

Line a heat-resistant plate with two sheets of kitchen paper.
Place silken tofu on top, wrap in kitchen paper, and heat in a 500W microwave for 2 minutes. -

Point
