Peel the potatoes, remove the sprouts, and cut into 2cm cubes.
Place the potatoes in a bowl filled with water (not listed) and let stand for 5 minutes.
Remove the core of the onion and cut it into thin slices.
Remove the garlic buds and chop finely.
Cut the sausage diagonally into 1cm wide pieces.
Lightly wash the potatoes (not listed in ingredients) and drain the water. -

Add potatoes and onions and fry for about 3 minutes.
Add oyster sauce and sausage and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add (A) and bring to a boil.

Point
・In the video, I use May Queen potatoes, but you can use any variety you like.
- In the video, I use fresh garlic, but if you don't have it, you can use tube type.
・If there are any damaged parts of the potatoes, remove them in step 1.
・Be sure to remove garlic sprouts, as they have an astringent taste and are easily burnt when heated.
・You can also cut the sausage into pieces.
・If any scum appears in step 2, remove it.
- Do not overcook, as all the flavor of the sausage will dissolve into the soup.
