Point
・Grated garlic is optional.
・When enoki mushrooms are heated in a microwave, they turn green, but this is not a problem.
- The use of chicken stock powder and Japanese-style granulated soup stock enhances the flavor.
I recommend adding a lot of black pepper.
・Can be stored in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
