- (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Grated ginger : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
- (A) Salt : 適量
- (A) Pepper : 適量
- バター : 10g
- ネギ : 適量
- 黒胡椒 : 適量

Put the rice in a rice bowl and add water.
Let it absorb water for 15 minutes. -

Prepare the chicken thighs

Trim off excess skin and fat from the chicken thighs and make a slit in the thick part.
