Chop the mushrooms by hand.
Trim the roots of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the stones from the shimeji mushrooms and cut them in half.
Cut the stem of the shiitake mushroom in half lengthwise, and cut the cap of the mushroom into 1cm wide pieces.
Split the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the buds, and cut into pieces. -

Heat oil (for mushrooms), add maitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms and fry until golden brown.

Heat the remaining heat and stir over the fire.
