Prepare the ingredients

Wash cabbage, cucumbers, and carrots.
Cut off both ends of the cucumber, cut into rounds diagonally, and place in a bowl.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl.
Trim the ends of the carrots, slice them with a slicer, and add them to the bowl.
Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. -

Point
・You can peel the carrots.
・It is recommended to cut cucumbers with a knife rather than with a slicer as the texture will be better.
- Soak for at least 30 minutes.
・Umami seasoning can be substituted with white soup stock or mentsuyu.
・To finish, you can eat it with soy sauce and shichimi chili pepper if you like.
・You don't need to add garlic or chili pepper.
