Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and potato starch in that order. -

Place the oysters in a frying pan and brown on both sides over medium heat.
Cover the frying pan and steam for 1 minute. -

お皿に2の牡蠣を盛り付ける。
牡蠣の上にもみじおろしをのせる。
ポン酢をかけ青ねぎ(小口切り)をのせて完成。
Point
・If you use oysters that are meant to be eaten raw, you only need to brown the surface.
・Sprinkle the potato starch so that it is lightly coated all over the oysters.
・Oysters should be grilled on both sides until they puff up and are cooked through.
・If you heat oysters in a high-temperature frying pan, they will easily splatter.
