Fill a bowl with water (not listed) and leave the sweet potatoes exposed for 5 minutes.
Drain in a colander and wipe off the water. -

Point
・When adding the cheddar cheese in step 1, tear it up with your hands.
・The sauce may solidify as it cools, so if that happens, heat it in the microwave.
・Since you will be using the skin of the sweet potato, wash it thoroughly.
・Cut off both ends of the sweet potato in step 2, cut into thin diagonal slices, and then thinly slice.
・When wiping off moisture in step 2, it is best to use kitchen paper.
・When adding the oil in step 3, add it so that it reaches about 5mm from the bottom of the pot.
・For step 3, fry the sweet potatoes for about 1 minute, then move them to the edges to expose them to air.The texture will be better.
-If the sweet potatoes cool down, the granulated sugar will not stick to them, so be sure to coat them while they are still warm.
・Eat the remaining half of the sweet potato while dipping it in the sauce.
