- (A)魚粉 : 大さじ1/2
- (A)水 : 160ml
- カレールー : 1片
- ご飯 : 1杯

Prepare the ingredients

Cut the onion into thin slices.
Cut the green onion diagonally.
Finely chop the ginger.
Finely chop the garlic.
Cut the pork belly into appropriate sizes. -

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add ginger and garlic.
Heat and stir-fry over low heat.
