  • 牛乳 : 70g
  • Sugar (for meringue) : 小さじ1
  • sugar (for the dough) : 大さじ1

Procedure

    2の生地に3のメレンゲを1/3ずつ加え馴染ませながら混ぜる。

    ココットにバター(分量外)を塗る。
    4の生地をココットの半分~6割の高さまで入れる。
    トースターで最大の火力で焼き目をつける。
    アルミホイルをかぶせ180°~200°まで下げて5~10分ほど焼く。

Point
