Combine yogurt and sugar in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Crack in the eggs and mix.
Sift in the flour and mix. -

Place the mold on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 240 degrees for 20 minutes. -

Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours. -

Point

・Easy to make without using fresh cream and butter.
・Preheat the oven to 240 degrees.
- Cooling time in the refrigerator is not included in the required time.
・I use yogurt that does not require draining, but if draining is necessary, drain 400g of yogurt until it becomes 200g.
・Use medium size eggs.
・Use a 12cm round mold.
