Place mochi, mentaiko, and cheese on top of the shiso leaves.
Roll.
Mix (A) and apply at the end of the roll.
Roll the rest in the same way. -

Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Fry the spring rolls on medium heat.
Once fried, place on kitchen paper to drain oil.
Cut in half and serve on a plate.
Point
・Use stick-shaped rice cakes.
・Use cheese made for pizza.
・Use 2 shiso leaves in step 1 for each spring roll wrapper.
・Make sure that the mentaiko sticks to the rice cake.
・Use twice the amount of cheese as mentaiko.
・Add about 1cm of the salad oil from step 2 to the bottom of the pot.
