Ingredients
- Thinly sliced pork belly : 250-300g
- レタス : 1玉
- レモン : 1/4個

- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)めんつゆ : 大さじ1
- (A)鶏ガラスープの素 : 小さじ1
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1と1/2

Remove the lettuce core by pressing firmly and twisting.
Cut into pieces that are easy to eat.
Wash thoroughly with water.
Drain well.
Finely chop the garlic.
Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into bite-sized pieces. -

Heat over low heat and stir-fry.
When the garlic turns a light color, add (A) and mix well.
Add lettuce.
Place the thinly sliced pork belly on top of the lettuce, making sure not to overlap.

Point
・We use 2x concentrated mentsuyu.
・Be sure to use fresh garlic rather than tubed garlic as it gives off its aroma.
・Meat with little fat becomes tough when heated, so use thinly sliced pork belly.
・If you use a clay pot, be sure to fry the garlic in a frying pan, as frying the garlic may cause the clay pot to break.
・When frying garlic, if you heat it over medium or high heat, the garlic will melt and give off a bitter aroma, so be sure to cook over low heat so that the aroma gradually releases.
・When putting lettuce in the pot, if it doesn't fit all the lettuce, it's a good idea to put some lettuce in when you eat it.
・You can use as much lemon as you like.
