Ingredients

  • Tomato (medium size) : Four
  • 合いびき肉 : 140g

- Sprinkling salt (not listed) on tomatoes will release water, so removing excess water will improve the quality of the tomatoes.
・If you sprinkle salt (not listed in ingredients) when frying onions, they will fry faster.
・Changing the wine to white wine gives it a lighter taste.
- In the video, rosemary powder is added, but you can also add herbs such as thyme or oregano if you like.
・By pre-cooking the meat, you can avoid undercooked meals.
