- (A) Water : 大さじ1
- (A) Marmalade jam : 50g
- 米油 : 小さじ1

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Use kitchen paper to wipe off excess water.
Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and lightly coat with flour. -
