- Canned boiled mackerel : 1 can
- ご飯 : 適量
- 卵 : 1個
- 白菜 : 1枚
- 長ネギ : 適量
- 万能ネギ : 適量
- 水 : 400cc
- 中華だし : 小さじ1
- 料理酒 : 大さじ1
- 醤油 : 小さじ1/2
- ごま油 : 小さじ1
- 白胡麻 : 適量
- ブラックペッパー : 適量

Cut the Chinese cabbage in half lengthwise and then into 1cm pieces.
Make a vertical slit in the green onion and cut it into large pieces. -

Put a can of boiled mackerel and water in a pot and heat it.
Lightly loosen the canned mackerel.
Add Chinese soup stock, cooking wine, and 1 and heat.
Add soy sauce.
Beat the eggs, add them, and heat until just boiling.
Add sesame oil. -

Point
・For canned mackerel, add the juice.
・Keep the rice warm.
・Heat the vegetables until they are soft to your liking.
・If any scum appears in step 2, remove it.
・It is also delicious when eaten with shichimi chili pepper as a finishing touch.
・Sprinkle green onions as desired.
