Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl lined with a damp cloth.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix with a whisk, then add the milk and mix.
Add powdered sugar, salt, vanilla oil, and vegetable oil in that order and mix.
Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix gently. -

Prepare a wet cloth.
Heat the frying pan over medium heat for 30 seconds and let it cool slightly on a damp cloth.
Turn the heat to low and drop the batter from step 1 into the frying pan from a height of about 30cm.
Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Repeat step 2 three times. -

Point
・If you bring the eggs and milk to room temperature, when you bake the dough, the center will cook faster and prevent over-baking.
・By letting the eggs and milk come to room temperature, they will rise well and become delicious.
・The reason for adding salad oil is that it coats the flour with oil, giving it a moist texture.
・After adding the flour and baking powder, mix it gently so that there may be some lumps left.
・If you cool the frying pan with a damp cloth, you can bake the surface of the dough beautifully.
・If using an iron frying pan, add oil, but if using a processed frying pan, fry without oil.
・For the second and subsequent batches, mix the batter slightly before adding it to the frying pan.
・When the dough is finished baking, insert a bamboo skewer into the center of the dough to make sure it doesn't stick.
