Ingredients
- cabbage : 1/2 piece
- 豚バラ肉 : 300g
- ニラ : 5本
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
- (A)みりん : 大さじ2
- (A)酒 : 大さじ2
- (A)あごだし : 大さじ1
- (A)中華万能調味料 : 小さじ1
- (A)水 : 600ml
- 豆板醤 : 小さじ1/2
- にんにく : 2片
- 生姜 : 適量

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the cabbage.
Place a colander over a bowl and use a slicer to shred the cabbage.
Wash with water and drain.
Trim the base of the chive and cut it into appropriate sizes.
Cut off both ends of the garlic, peel and slice.
Wash ginger with water.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. -

Heat a frying pan over high heat and add the pork belly.
When the color changes, add garlic and bean sauce.
Grate the ginger and add.
Turn up the heat to high and stir the added ingredients, stirring to mix everything together.
When it smells fragrant, remove the pork belly. -

Increase heat to high and bring to a boil.
Add the cabbage leaving a hole in the center.
Return the pork belly to the center.
Place the chives on top of the pork belly.
Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Point
・You can peel the ginger skin.
・If you don't like spicy food, add miso instead of bean sauce.
・In step 2, there is no need to remove the pork belly.
・If you want to preserve the texture of the vegetables, cover and simmer for 30 seconds.
・It's delicious even if you add noodles to finish the dish.
