Add (A) and mix together, then add the curry powder and stir-fry again.

Point
・You can use any ground meat, including chicken or beef.
・When frying tofu, there is no need to drain the oil to avoid using unnecessary oil.
・If you only have curry roux, you can chop the roux and add it.
・Although oil is not used in the video, if you want to make it even juicier, you can add 1 tablespoon of oil each time you stir-fry and when grilling.
