Ingredients
- Chicken thigh : 230g
- onion : 1 piece
- Tofu : 1 chome
- Chopped green onions : a little
- water : 300cc
- Noodle soup : 100cc
- sugar : 1 tsp
- Grated ginger : 1/2 teaspoon
- Water-soluble potato starch : Appropriate amount
- Sesame oil : 1 tsp

Slice the onion into 5mm widths.
Cut the tofu into 8 equal parts. -

Add water, noodle soup, sugar, chicken and onions to a frying pan and simmer.
When it boils, remove the lye, add grated ginger and tofu, and simmer. -
