  • Minced beef : 200g
  • (A) Plain yogurt : 50g
  • (A) Garam masala : 小さじ1/2

  • バスマティライス : 200g

  • (B) Laurier : 2枚
  • (B) Cinnamon stick : 1/2本
  • 水 : 50cc
  • サフラン : ひとつかみ
  • パクチー : 適量
  • スペアミント : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Marinate the beef strips 02:43
