Ingredients

  • 大根 : 200g
  • ベーコン : 1 pack (5 half pieces)

  • (A) Potato starch : 大さじ6

  • (B) Black vinegar : 大さじ1
  • (B) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
  • (B) Mustard : 適量

Procedure

    Wash the onions, cut off the roots and cut into small pieces.
    Cut the bacon into strips and add to the bowl with the green onions.
    Slice the radish with the skin on using a slicer and add to the bowl.
