- (A)削り節 : 2g
- (A)めんつゆ : 大さじ2と1/2
- (A)マヨネーズ : 大さじ1/2
- ご飯 : 1.5合(450g)

Cut the cream cheese into cubes.
Put cream cheese and (A) in a small container and mix well.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. -

Put the rice in a bowl, add 1 and mix.
Divide into 3 equal parts.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and squeeze gently.
Remove the plastic wrap and serve on a plate.
Point
・The amount is for 3 pieces.
・If the rice is hot, the mayonnaise and cream cheese will melt, so be sure to use rice that has been cooled down.
・We recommend using a pack of shaved bonito flakes.
-The time required does not include soaking in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes.
