- ニンニク : 1片

- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A) Ketchup : 大さじ1
- (A) Worcestershire sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Honey : 大さじ2
- (A) Dashi base : 小さじ1/2
- spice herb seasoning : 適量
- オリーブオイル : 大さじ1
- 水 : 80ml

Prepare the ingredients

Rub the spice herb seasoning onto the spare ribs with your hands.
Remove the garlic buds and slice into 5mm wide slices. -
