ねぎは、輪切りにする。
ボウルに卵を割り、溶いておく。 -

煮込む

天つゆと、ねぎを鍋に入れ沸騰させる。
煮立ってきたら、天かすを入れる。
最後に溶き卵を回し入れる。
卵の状態を見ながら、好きなタイミングで火を止める。
出来上がった物を、ご飯の上にのせたら完成。
Point
・The ratio of tentsuyu in the video is 4 (soup stock): 1 (soy sauce): 1 (mirin).
・You can use commercially available noodle soup as the tempura soup.
・If you like, you can sprinkle chopped seaweed on top of the rice.
・In the video, 3 eggs are used.
・You can also add tofu.
