Ingredients
- onion : 1/2 piece

- 豚ひき肉 : 200g
- バター : 20g

Heat a frying pan, add butter and melt, add minced pork and stir-fry.

Add consommé, Chinese soup base, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer over low heat. -

Point
- Add the milk and flour, mix well to avoid lumps, then reduce to a simmer over low heat.
・When it thickens, it tends to burn easily, so be careful of the heat and stir occasionally to bring it to a boil.
・If you have leftover sauce, you can arrange it into gratin or doria.
・Ketchup and Worcestershire sauce should be used in amounts that are just enough to be used as secret ingredients.
