- 鶏もも肉 : 1枚
- (A)はちみつ : 大さじ1/2
- (A)にんにくチューブ : 大さじ1/2
- (A)醬油 : 2 tablespoons
- (A)黒コショウ : 適量
- 薄力粉 : 大さじ1

- じゃがいも : 1~2個

Wash the potatoes and remove the sprouts.
Cut into 5mm slices, leaving the skin on.

フライ返しで肉をひっくり返しながら、水分を飛ばしていく。
皿の真ん中へ、1をしきその上に焼きあがった鶏肉を乗せる。
最後に、4と黒コショウを振りかけたら完成。
