- pork belly : 100g
- 大根 : 150g
- ごま油 : 小さじ1
- (A) Mentsuyu : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ3

Cut the daikon radish into 3mm-wide pieces and place them in a heat-resistant bowl.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes.
Cut the pork belly into 2mm wide pieces. -

Pour sesame oil into a frying pan and heat it.
Add 1 and stir well.
Add (A) and bring to a boil. -

Point
・Ingredients for 1 to 2 people.
・Slice the radish thinly and heat it in the microwave to save time.
・We use 4x concentrated mentsuyu.
・In step 2, stir-fry until the pork belly is cooked through and the radish is browned, then add the seasonings.
