Ingredients

  • vannamei shrimp : 10 animals
  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
  • 水 : 大さじ2
  • オリーブオイル : 大さじ2と1/2
  • バナメイエビの殻 : 10匹分
  • 塩(バナメイエビの殻用) : ひとつまみ
  • にんにく : 1片
  • 塩(ソース用) : ひとつまみ
  • トマト缶 : 1/2缶
  • (A) Granule consommé : 小さじ1/2
  • (A)生クリーム : 大さじ5
  • (A)バター : 5g
  • (A)ブラックペッパー : 適量
  • パスタ : 100g

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the vannamei shrimp 01:50

    Peel the shell of the vannamei shrimp.
    Insert a knife into the back of the shrimp and remove the veins.
    Add shrimp, potato starch, and water to a bowl and mix well.
    Wash with water and remove dirt.
    Lay out the shrimp on a kitchen towel, cover with kitchen paper and wipe dry.
    Cut each shrimp into 2-3 pieces.
