Add thinly sliced ginger (for boiling).
Add garlic (for boiling).
Add (A) and heat.

Point
・Use a block of pork belly.
・When boiling pork belly, boil it in blocks to prevent it from shrinking.
・Use the green part of the green onion.

・If you don't have oyster sauce, use 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
・Add a dashi pack, salt (2 teaspoons), and soy sauce (appropriate amount) to the boiling water from step 1 to make soup.
・You can add tofu and vegetables to the boiled soup in step 1, or add miso to make miso soup.
