- Beef giblets : 350-400g

Cut the core of the cabbage and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Wash under running water (not listed) and drain well.
Trim the base of the chive and cut into 4cm pieces.

・If you completely scrape off the skin of the burdock root, the flavor will be lost, so just scrape it off lightly.
・If you don't remove the scum from the burdock, the scum and bitterness will transfer to the pot soup, so be sure to remove the scum from it.
・If you add beef giblets together with cabbage and heat them, the giblets will become smaller, so be sure to add them later.
