Wash the surface of the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and lightly peel the skin with a peeler.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and heat it in a 600W microwave for 4 to 6 minutes.
Cut the bacon into sticks and the onion into thin slices along the grain.
Insert a bamboo skewer into the heated pumpkin skin, and if it is hard, heat it additionally.
Transfer to a bowl and discard any liquid from the pumpkin. -

Point

・Be sure to throw away the water that comes out of the pumpkin, as it will shorten the shelf life.
