Ingredients

  • Fresh cream : 300ml
  • Milk chocolate : Three

Procedure

  1. 1) Boil milk chocolate 00:15

    Add 1/3 of the cream to the chocolate and mix each time. If the chocolate is hot, set aside the heat.

    Complete by cooling in the refrigerator for about half a day.
