Point
・Use thinly sliced beef.
・Cut the green onions into 4-5cm wide pieces.
・Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms, and cut both the stems and the cap into thin pieces.
・Remove the stones from the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half.
・Cut the garland chrysanthemum to your desired size.
・Cut the burdock into chunks.
・When seasoning the beef in step 2, add sugar, mix lightly, and then add soy sauce.
・During step 3, bring the green onions and garland chrysanthemum to a boil and remove.
