Ingredients
- Mochi : Four
- Pork ribs : 100g
- Enoki : 1/3 bag
- Leek : Appropriate amount
- Fried tofu : 2 sheets
- water : 400cc
- Noodle soup : 50cc
- Curry roux : 1 piece

Cut the pork into 2-3 cm widths.
Take the enoki mushrooms and loosen them.
Cut the fried tofu into pieces that are easy to eat.
Cut the green onions diagonally. -

Add water, mentsuyu and pork to a frying pan and let it boil for a while.
Remove the lye, add fried tofu, enoki mushrooms and green onions, and simmer.
When it boils, turn off the heat and add the curry roux. -

Bake mochi

Arrange the mochi on the top plate covered with aluminum foil, bake it in an oven toaster for about 6 minutes, add it to the soup, and let it boil for a while.
Point
・ When adding pork, loosen it. Prevents sticking due to heating.
・ It is better to put the curry roux after turning off the heat. Doing so will make the curry roux easier to melt.
・ After adding mochi to the soup, be careful not to heat it too much.
