  1. 1) 下ごしらえをする 01:42

    玉ねぎを粗いみじん切りにする。
    なるとは細かく切る。
    ソーセージは上面と下面に斜めに切り込みを入れ、斜めに2等分する。

    ご飯をレンジで温めておく。
