Divide the peeled and cored apples into 12 equal parts, spread them in a frying pan, add 10 g of butter and 40 g of sugar, and heat over medium heat. When the sugar has melted, cover it over low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Adjust the heat between medium and low heat, turn it over occasionally, turn off the heat when the surface becomes brown, and let it cool.

Combine two frozen pie sheets (rectangles) and cut off the corners to make a circle.

Melt butter (20 seconds in a microwave oven at 500w) in a small frying pan, spread the pie sheet molded in 2, and line up the apples with the heat removed. Layer the remaining pie sheet on top, heat over low heat, cover with aluminum foil or lid and heat for 10 minutes. Transfer the pie to a plate, butter it, turn the pie over and put it back in the frying pan, and heat it on low heat for 5 minutes without the lid.

Take on a plate, cool at room temperature, and cut into pieces.
