Ingredients
- プロテイン : 30g
- 卵 : 1個
- 木綿豆腐 : 1丁
- 水 : 50cc
- 白だし : 小さじ1
- 山芋 : 50g
- キャベツ : 適量
- Thinly sliced pork belly : 適量
- ソース : 適量
- マヨネーズ : 適量
- かつお節 : 適量
- 青のり : 少々

生地を作る

Crack the protein and eggs into a bowl and mix gently.
Add the firm tofu by crushing it with your hands and mix with a whisk.
Add water, white soup stock, and grated yam and mix again.
Add the shredded cabbage and mix with chopsticks.
Cut thinly sliced pork belly into 1cm width pieces and add to the mixture. Mix well with chopsticks.
If the dough seems stiff, add more firm tofu. -

フライパンに油(分量外)を熱して、生地の全量を流し込む。
片面が焼けたら裏返し、蓋をして蒸し焼きにする。 -

盛り付ける

両面がきつね色に焼けたらお皿に移す。
ソース、マヨネーズ、かつお節、青のりをかけて完成。
Point
・Okonomiyaki made with protein without using flour.
・White soup stock can be substituted with bonito stock or Japanese-style stock.
・The meat may be minced pork, etc.
・You can add cheese or rice cake instead of meat.
・You can also bake the thinly sliced pork belly by placing it on top of the poured batter instead of mixing it with the batter.
