  • 玉ねぎ : 30g
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ2
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ1
  • (A)水 : 大さじ2
  • (A)顆粒だし : 小さじ1
  • 卵 : 1個
  • ご飯 : 200g
  • 小ネギ : 適量
  • 七味唐辛子 : 適量

    玉ねぎを薄切りにする。
    フライパンを熱し、油をひいて、厚揚げを入れて焼く。
    裏返して、裏面も焼く。
    厚揚げをまな板の上に取り出す。

・工程2では、卵が半熟になったら仕上がりの目安。
・小ネギは小口切りにしたものを使用している。
