    ニンジンの皮をむいて乱切りにする。
    ブロッコリーを小さめに切る。
    水(分量外)の入った鍋にニンジンとブロッコリーと塩を加える。
    中火にかけて2分程煮る。
    ニンジンとブロッコリーを鍋から取り出しみじん切りにする。

    2の枠側の食パンをフライパンにのせる。

    1の野菜を大さじ2卵をの上にのせる。
    みじん切りにしたベーコンとモッツアレラチーズを卵の上にのせる。
    その上に正方形にくりぬいた食パンをのせヘラで押さえる。
    食パンの両面に焼き目をつける。
