- 冷凍イカ : 適量
- 白菜 : 1/8個
- 油揚げ : 2枚
- 紅生姜 : 適量
- 油 : 大さじ1
- (A)Water : 大さじ2
- (A)料理酒 : 大さじ1
- (A)中華だし : 小さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 小さじ1/2
- ブラックペッパー : 適量
- ごま油 : 小さじ1

ボウルに水(分量外)、冷凍イカを入れて解凍させる。
白菜の芯を切り落とし、細切りにする。
油揚げを細切りにする。 -

Heat a frying pan over high heat, add oil, add Chinese cabbage and fried tofu, and stir-fry lightly.
Add the drained frozen squid, udon noodles, and (A) in that order, and stir-fry lightly while loosening the udon noodles.
Add black pepper and fry lightly.
Sprinkle with sesame oil. -

Point
・手軽に作れる冷凍イカの焼きうどんのレシピである。
・白菜はうどんに絡まるようにうどんと同じ太さに切る。
・工程2で、フライパンに白菜、油揚げを入れたあと、油を具材に回すように混ぜて炒める。
・お好みで紅生姜を添えて食べても美味しい。
・冷凍イカはあらかじめ切れているものを使用している。
