  • うどん : 1袋
  • 冷凍イカ : 適量
  • 白菜 : 1/8個
  • 油揚げ : 2枚
  • 紅生姜 : 適量
  • 油 : 大さじ1
  • (A)Water : 大さじ2
  • (A)料理酒 : 大さじ1
  • (A)中華だし : 小さじ1
  • (A)醤油 : 小さじ1/2
  • ブラックペッパー : 適量
  • ごま油 : 小さじ1

    ボウルに水(分量外)、冷凍イカを入れて解凍させる。
    白菜の芯を切り落とし、細切りにする。
    油揚げを細切りにする。

  2. 2) 炒める 02:16

    Heat a frying pan over high heat, add oil, add Chinese cabbage and fried tofu, and stir-fry lightly.
    Add the drained frozen squid, udon noodles, and (A) in that order, and stir-fry lightly while loosening the udon noodles.
