  • (A)無塩バター : 10g
  • (A)糖質ゼロシュガー : 40g
  • 米粉 : 50g
  • 卵 : 1個

  1. 1) 生地を作る 02:36

    ボウルに(A)を入れて600Wの電子レンジで1分30秒加熱する。
    取り出したらホイッパーで混ぜる。
    米粉を加えて混ぜる。
    卵を加えて泡立てないようにやさしく混ぜる。
    茶こしで濾す。

  2. 2) 焼く 04:25

    天板にクッキングシートを敷いた上に型を並べる。
    1を型の9分目くらいまで流し入れる。
    220℃に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。
    20分経ったらそのまま3分放置した後、さらに220度で20分焼く。
    20分経ったら再び3分放置した後、220度で20分焼く。
    20分経ったらそのままオーブンの中で冷やす。

  3. 3) 型からはずす 05:58

    型からはずすして完成。
