Ingredients

- めんつゆ : 20ml(小さじ4)

Combine the mentsuyu and water in a measuring cup to make 200ml.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with chopsticks.
Add the combined mentsuyu and water to the eggs. -

Pour water (not listed) into the frying pan to a height of 1cm.
Filter 1 into a bowl.
When the water in the frying pan (not listed) comes to a boil, turn the heat to low so that fine bubbles appear and add the rice bowl.
Cover with a lid and steam on very low heat for 10-12 minutes.
If the center is not solid, steam again for 1 to 2 minutes.
