Remove any stones from the nameko mushrooms and add.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and add.
Add udon.
Cut the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces and add.
Simmer until pork and udon are cooked through. -

・If any scum appears while simmering, remove it.
