  • 豚こま肉 : 250g

  • もやし : 200g
  • (A)Water : 600cc
  • (A) Hondashi : 小さじ2
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
  • (A)Mirin : 大さじ2
  • (A) Alcohol : 小さじ2
  • 柚子胡椒 : 小さじ2
  • 七味唐辛子 : 適量

    フライパンを火にかけ(A)を全て加え沸騰させる。
    もやしを加えその上に豆腐を乗せ、もう一度沸騰させる。
    豚こま肉を加えある程度火が通ったら、柚子胡椒を加え溶かしこむ。
    アクが出てきたら取り、豆苗を乗せ七味唐辛子を振りかけて完成。

Point
